OUR DESIGN CAPABILITIES
• PCB – Printed Circuit Board Design
Our Electronic Engineers are highly experienced and skilled at designing circuit boards using Altium Designer, where electronic components are connected using multilayer boards.
• FPGA – Field Programmable Gate Array Design
Integrated Circuit Design is in our name. We are passionate about creating application specific functionality that can be implemented on FPGAs to provide a truly unique product.
• INTERFACE – Hardware and Software Interfacing
Our team of engineers communicate across the big divide, allowing us to create hardware devices with software capabilities. In a world where the Internet of Things (IoT) is on the rise, it is more important than ever to have a good hardware and software base that can communicate well.
• HARNESSING – Wire and Cable Harness Design
System level design is made possible by bringing all of the elements together through a wire harness. This is designed by our team of engineers, who hand-off designs and a bill of materials (BOM) to our Production Team.
• PRODUCT ASSEMBLY – Product Planning and Assembly.
Our production team follow strict ESD guides and safety when assembling our final products. PCB quality control and testing is performed, and all of the system components are brought together and assembled to our production specifications.
• TESTING – Real-time Testing.
Real-time testing is essential throughout the design process, to ensure that the product is performing as it should. However, once a product is assembled by our team, they then undergo a real-time test to ensure all components are functioning before being package and sent to our customers.
